Plus One Press wants everyone to know that we’ve acquired the World rights to
Allyson Beatrice’s delightful children’s book,
The Amazing Adventures of Sam the Bat. The book tells the story
of Sam, a young Mexican Free-tail bat, as he travels the world to find his long-lost relatives.
The book will feature cover artwork that includes a picture of Sam as drawn by the world-renowned
comic artist Dave Dorman.
Dave has also contributed character sketches which will appear inside the book.
In keeping with the theme of bats, we are planning to release this book on Halloween, 2010. We hope to launch the
book at World Fantasy Conventiion #36
in Columbus, OH.
